The Fieuzal estate is one of the most consistent, and prominent Pessac estates. With a history dating back over 400 years back to the very origins of Grave winemaking. 75ha of planted vines of 6 different varietals are surrounded by 30ha of forest, bees, chickens in order to increase the biodiversity in the area. The wine itself is rich, opulent, and unapologetically Bordeaux. Dark cherries, cassis and plum, are complemented by leather, smoke, and chocolate. A long finish with medium silky tannins ties the bottle together.

Anything beef reigns supreme here, however don’t be afraid to have this with game or rich poultry dishes.
