Brenne Estate Cask Single Malt Whisky is crafted 100% seed-to-spirit in Cognac, France. It is made of estate grown, heirloom organic barley and proprietary yeast strains. Brenne is double distilled in a copper alembic still, and then aged in a combination of brand new French Limousin oak barrels, and reused wet-fill former XO Cognac casks. After 6-8 years of aging, these whiskies are blended together, and brought to bottling proof with water from the nearby Charente River.
