Domaine Billaud-Simon owns four Grands Crus (Les Clos, Vaudésir, Les Preuses and Les Blanchots) and four Premiers Crus in Chablis. They follow sustainable practices to nurture their old vineyards (50 years old average) of exceptional quality. They leave the grapes to slowly ripe and produce outstanding Chablis which are known for being rich and concentrated while also fresh and pure with an underlying minerality. Their wines offer exceptional ageing potential.

The Grand Cru Bougros is sourced from trusted partners. Aromas of citrus, green fruit, and flint. Medium-bodied and round on the palate with powerful flavours and a robust finish. It will be at its best 10 years from the vintage.
