Representing the absolute zenith of Paso Robles winemaking, this ultra-exclusive Reserve bottling captures the profound depth, warmth, and luxury of Central Coast terroir. Winemaker Austin Hope hand selects the top handful of barrels from premier, high-elevation vineyard blocks, aging the wine in 100% new French oak to craft an uncompromised expression of monumental power. An opaque garnet purple glass unfolds with lavish aromas of creme de cassis, dark chocolate covered cherries, roasted espresso bean, and sweet vanilla spice.
