It's a wine from the Ascheri winery, made primarily from Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is known for its ruby red color with garnet reflections, a full-bodied bouquet with violet notes, and a dry, velvety, harmonious, and persistent palate. It is recommended to serve it at 14-16°C and it pairs well with "Haute Cuisine" dishes with red and white sauces and fondue
